AT&T, Verizon Communications, Foxconn Technology Group and TPK Holdings are four of Apple's closest business partners which will surely be impacted by changes at Apple after Steve Jobs stepped down as CEO of Apple for Tim Cook to step up.
AT&T
Between 2007 and 2011, AT&T is one of Apple's major business partners and was the sole U.S. carrier of the iPhone, the largest provider of mobile telephony and fixed telephony in the United States, the 7th largest company in the United States by total revenue, the 4th largest non-oil company in the US, the 3rd largest company in Texas by total revenue and the largest non-oil company in Texas. For AT&T, the iPhone has been a major hit so with 3.6 million activations in just the first three months of 2011. In the first half of this year alone, AT&T has had 7.2 million iPhone activations.
